Samuel (Sam) L. Holder, Jr. is a Partner in The Crown Companies, LLC. Mr. Holder is involved with all areas of real estate acquisition, development, construction, finance and management.

Mr. Holder has been with The Crown Companies since its inception in 2000. Prior to that, he worked as Director of Construction for Granite Development for three years and with Lowe's Home Improvement as a Construction Manager for four years.

Mr. Holder received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University in 1993. He lives in Mount Airy, North Carolina, where he is an active member of his church and community, working with the schools and local civic organizations and coaching little league basketball. He is married to Susan Holder and has one son, Samuel.
