C. Patrick Crosby, Jr. is a Partner in the Crown Companies, LLC. Mr. Crosby serves as in-house counsel for The Crown Companies and is also involved with all aspects of the company’s acquisition, leasing, development and property management.
Prior to joining The Crown Companies, Mr. Crosby was a partner with the law firm of Kilpatrick Stockton, LLP. During his career with Kilpatrick Stockton, Mr. Crosby’s law practice focused on the representation of numerous real estate development companies on projects throughout the Southeast.

Mr. Crosby received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1990 from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He received his J.D., cum laude, from Wake Forest University in 1997. Mr. Crosby lives in Elkin, NC. He is married to Tina Crosby and has a son, Chase, and a daughter, Ragan.
